What happens if I receive broken or damaged pieces?


Incase you receive any damaged/broken product, please email us at: hello@shopnitara.com within 24 hours of opening the parcel with images of the broken pieces. In such a case, we offer a replacement if such a piece is available, or we make new piece(s) as replacement. It typically takes 30-45 days to make a new piece. Incase a replacement is not available, we offer store credit. We do not offer a refund.




Why is shipping additional?


Ceramics are extremely delicate and heavy to ship. To ensure that your products reach you safely, we use a trusted system of shipping partners which provide some of the best service out there. Instead of adding these costs to the products itself, we prefer to add additional shipping on the basis of the order.
